Indication: For the treatment of Wilson’s disease (hepatolenticular degeneration) in patients intolerant to Penicillamine. It should be used when continued treatment with Penicillamine is no longer possible because of intolerable or life endangering side effect.
Dosage Form: Capsule
Qualitative and Quantitative Composition
Each Capsule contains 333 mg Trientine Tetrahydrochloride equivalent to 167 mg of Trientine base or 250 mg of Trientine hydrochloride.
Storage Conditions: Store at room temperature (not above 30⁰C) in the original container.
Indication: For the treatment of adult and pediatric patients (in any age range) with confirmed diagnosis of Hereditary tyrosinemia type 1 (HT-1) in combination with dietary restriction of tyrosine and phenylalanine.
Dosage Form: Capsule
Qualitative and Quantitative Composition:
2 mg Capsule (Blue opaque cap and White opaque body, imprinted with ‘N’ on cap and ‘2’ on body with black ink) contains 2 mg of Nitisinone.
5 mg Capsule (Green opaque cap and White opaque body, imprinted with ‘N’ on cap and ‘5’ on body with black ink) contains 5 mg of Nitisinone.
10 mg Capsule (White opaque body and cap imprinted with ‘N’ on cap and ‘10’ on body with black ink) contains 10 mg of Nitisinone.
Storage Conditions: Store at room temperature not exceeding 30⁰C.
