This business remains anchored in quality, supply reliability and the ability to serve large-volume requirements with discipline and consistency.

In CDMO, we supported multinational companies with clinical trial material, commercial supplies and integrated development and manufacturing solutions. Our work spans complex small molecules, advanced technologies and select allied segments, including animal health and crop sciences. We also engaged with companies focused on sustainable chemistry and biological processes, reflecting the growing relevance of science-led manufacturing in building more sustainable value chains.

Through our associate company ImmunoACT, we continued to support access to advanced cell therapy, with patients treated across 60+ hospitals in India. This reinforces our broader commitment to enabling science-led solutions that respond to evolving healthcare needs.

Building Long-term Customer Partnerships

Our customer relationships are built with a long-term view. We work closely with customers to understand their product requirements, technical challenges, supply needs and future growth plans. We welcome customer feedback and use it to improve processes, strengthen service delivery and enhance responsiveness. This enables us to move beyond transactional supply and build collaborations that are deeper, more strategic and better aligned to customer pipelines.

As Laurus has grown, so has the depth of its customer relationships. From serving 190+ clients in 2016, we now serve 275+ clients, including 7 Big Pharma customers. This growth reflects the trust customers place in our capabilities, operating discipline and ability to support them across evolving requirements.

Product Quality and Safety

Product quality and patient safety remain central to our customer promise. Our philosophy of One Quality Standard for All Markets guides the way we manufacture, test and supply products across geographies, irrespective of market classification or regulatory complexity.

This principle ensures that the same discipline is applied whether we are serving regulated markets, emerging markets, global health programmes or strategic CDMO customers. Our quality systems are supported by standardised processes, robust documentation, trained teams and continuous monitoring across facilities.

Customer Engagement and Industry Partnerships

Customer engagement at Laurus is continuous and multi-layered. It takes place through business development discussions, technical reviews, programme execution meetings, audits and feedback mechanisms. These interactions help us remain aligned with customer expectations, respond to changing requirements and identify new opportunities for collaboration. Additionally, participation at leading industry platforms enabled us to showcase our scientific and manufacturing capabilities, deepen engagement with existing customers and build visibility with potential partners across global markets.

Regulatory Compliance and Global Standards

We operate in a highly regulated environment where customer confidence depends on consistent adherence to global standards. Our facilities are regularly reviewed by regulatory authorities and customers, reinforcing our ability to serve stringent markets and complex customer requirements.

As we expand capacity and enter newer areas such as peptides, fermentation, gene therapy and ADC-related capabilities, regulatory-readiness remains integral to our customer proposition. Our focus is to grow capability while staying grounded in quality, safety and responsible execution.
