Growing with Responsible Sourcing

Our procurement function is focused on continuous improvement and sustainable value creation, supported by structured monitoring and performance evaluation. To align our sustainable procurement objectives with our broader ESG commitments, we have established a formal framework for defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These SMART KPIs are designed to be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound, covering key areas of supplier performance and sustainability.

Supplier Policies & Commitments

Our supply chain governance framework is guided by the Sustainable Procurement Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct, which define expectations across ethics, compliance, sustainability and responsible business practices. These frameworks help ensure that suppliers, distributors and partners operate in alignment with our ESG standards and regulatory expectations.

During FY 2025-26, we further strengthened our procurement governance framework through the establishment of a Sustainable Procurement Manual aligned with ISO 20400:2017 principles. This framework supports a more structured and integrated approach towards sustainable sourcing, supplier engagement and risk management across procurement activities.

Sustainable Procurement Manual inline with ISO 20400:2017 principles has been established.

Supplier Base and Partnerships

Our supplier ecosystem spans procurement of key starting materials, packaging materials, capital and utility equipment and logistics services, supported through a balanced mix of domestic and international sourcing relationships. Within India, our supplier base remains concentrated across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

As our business continues to scale, supply chain resilience. remains a strategic priority. Over the past five years, we have meaningfully reduced our concentration risk by strengthening diversification across supplier geographies and sourcing networks. Alongside these efforts, we continue to strengthen domestic procurement capabilities in line with initiatives such as Make in India, helping mitigate single-source risks and improve responsiveness across global operations.

Supplier Assessment & Development Programme

All key suppliers are assessed through a structured on-boarding process covering capacity, quality, compliance and ESG parameters, supported by our sustainable supply chain questionnaire. This process forms the foundation of a continuous supplier evaluation framework designed to strengthen quality, reliability and operational resilience.

Periodic assessments, annual reviews and offshore QA audits enable us to monitor supplier performance against our standards for quality and ethical practices. Following evaluations, we work collaboratively with suppliers to implement targeted improvement plans that strengthen capabilities, enhance compliance and support long-term performance improvement.

Awareness

Suppliers are aligned to our standards through the Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines requirements across quality, environment, health, safety, labour, ethics and management systems.
