Research and development remains central to our strategy, supporting both near-term execution and long-term capability building. The platform supports development across complex synthetic molecules, peptides, biocatalysis, continuous flow chemistry and advanced therapies. To date, through our R&D efforts we have supported 90+ drug substance/drug product launches.
During the year, the focus remained on extending scientific depth in areas that are closely aligned to customer programs and future growth platforms, while continuing to support high-quality CMO/CDMO services for global partners.

Strengthening our Platforms
Complex chemistry and process innovation
We continued to strengthen process development capabilities for complex synthetic molecules, with growing application of advanced flow chemistry, biocatalysis and continuous hydrogenation technologies. These capabilities are helping us support a broader mix of customer requirements while improving process efficiency, scalability and technical differentiation.
Peptide development capabilities
During the year, we strengthened our peptide development platform through investments in synthesis, purification and isolation capabilities, supporting our ability to address growing opportunities in this area.
Gene therapy and ADC capabilities
A dedicated Gene therapy and ADC process development lab was operationalised in Hyderabad during the year. The site includes capabilities such as bioconjugation of antibodies and payloads, as well as plasmid and AAV gene therapy services. We also continued to advance the construction of our Gene/ADC cGMP facility in Hyderabad as part of our build-out in next-generation modalities.
Strategic access to ADC capabilities
During the year, we made a strategic investment in Aarvik Therapeutics to access next-generation ADC technologies and pipeline opportunities, complementing our in-house capability build-out and supporting the development of our integrated ADC services platform.
